CM2 IT Services stays up to date with improvements and advances for supporting and monitoring networks. It is possible, subject to contract, for us to monitor, maintain and support multiple computers inside your corporate network from our office or from any remote location.
Many of our clients with support agreements have taken advantage of remote support services where we are able to remotely monitor all systems including individual user desktop computers. This allows for unsurpassed flexibility and near real-time problem determination and solving.
Ring or email us straightaway to let us know the exact problem you are having. We will let you know how the issues can be resolved, how long it will take and an estimate of how much it will cost to put things right. We can organise coming to you, remotely helping, collecting your PC for offsite repair using the collect & return service (surcharge applies) or you can drop your computer/laptop directly to us instead.
Should we identify additional work during the course of the job we will contact you before carrying out any additional work or if we need to alter the cost estimate. Once you are happy we will go ahead. An invoice will be provided and payment is requested at delivery.
